My current top reads

I always have books placed around the house or in my travelling bag as it brings me so much joy and fills my own self-care cup up. I regularly start a few at once which I am trying to cease so I read one at a time and fully absorb the text My genre of choice is predominately non-fiction. Here are some of my top picks which you may enjoy:

Living Fearlessly: Bringing out Your Inner Soul Strength by Paramahansa Yogananda. This is a fantastic short read which provides affirmations for achieving success, outlines methods of creating lasting happiness, and how to overcome negativity by harnessing the dynamic power of our own will. I often bring this when I am travelling as it is light and always provides inspiration.

The Seven Spiritual Laws Of Success by Deepak Chopra. I recently attended a speaking event by Deepak and this was the inspiration for this purchase. I love the fact that the book is small and light for travelling. It is filled with timeless wisdom and practical steps on how to apply it to your life. This is one that you will reach for regularly.

Self heal by design by Barbara O’Neill. This book is packed with information on the amazing ability of the body to heal itself when given the right conditions. This book helped me focus back on the importance of healthy eating and the reasons why it is so important for us to do so.

The Beauty Detox Solution by Kimberly Snyder. This has been a number one favourite of mine since it was first published. Kimberly has always kept a focus on looking at healthy practices as a lifestyle not just a fad. This is a great place to start when wanting to look at improving your food choices and an introduction to her work.
